Drama according to the Wikipedia free encyclopedia is the specific mode of fiction represented in performance, which comes from a Greek word (drao) meaning action. A dramatic production depends mostly on in-depth development of realistic characters dealing with emotional themes, it put the characters in conflict with themselves, others, society and even natural phenomena. According to Learning Stream, Ã¢â¬Å"drama is a literary composition involving conflict, action crisis and atmosphere designed to be acted by characters on a stage before an audience.Ã¢â¬ Process drama according free Wikipedia encyclopedia is a method of teaching and learning, where both the students and teacher are working in and out of role. Cecily O'Neill, Brian Way (et al) (1995) further postulates that it is a teaching methodology used to explore a problem, situation, theme or series of related ideas. Process drama is unscripted; it eliminates some of the elements that other genres of drama consist such as a script and writing and memorizing of the script. It entails mostly the use o language skills, listening and speaking but not reading, writing or memorizing. Because of this, process drama is appropriate for students of all ages, as there are no steadfast rules of how to perform and no script is needed. It is an imaginary world created by students and teachers to solve conflicts that arise daily, placing themselves in another personÃ¢â¬â¢s position. Process drama is a self motivated tool that assists facilitators to reflect in action. To reflect in action f acilitators strategize and constantly add creative and distinctive changes to situations that need a novel approach. Process drama is used to promote literacy among students. Literacy is developed, while a vast am... ...drama is an interesting activity to foster and facilitate the role of the teacher and the student in the classroom setting. In facilitating and fostering process drama facilitators and student work collaboratively to create an intrinsic, imaginative world where through dramatic presentations problems are solved and harmonious solutions to aspects of real life experiences is conjured. The principles of process drama are a vehicle that is used to execute the role of the student and facilitator in adding to successive novelty approach to process drama in our classroom setting. Against School Gattos opinion on school is extremely intense and straight forward. For the most part I agree with his standing point on the subject of schooling. I agree with his arguments of how we have become a society that completely relies on technology to keep us from being bored, and this notion teaches us to be absent minded rather than creative. I also agree that keeping kids Ã¢â¬Å"locked upÃ¢â¬ in a building for about seven hours a day gives us no room to grow individually and learn from life experiences. Not only are students the ones in jeopardy because of this confined structure, but the teachers are as well. ItÃ¢â¬â¢s almost like this narrow minded school system we abide by is just a dark cloud that hovers over us and imprints this idea that there is no other way to do things. When you think about it, school closely resembles what prison is made out to be. A bunch of unhappy people who would rather be anywhere but there. This is NOT what education should be about. We should enjoy learning, not think of it as a chore or something to get over with so that we can move on to the next thing in life. Which is what? More work? We need to focus on training our brains to engage in activities, enjoy the moment, be curious, and to discover new wonders, not new worksheets. I remember being a kid, gazing out the window on a car ride home, letting my imagination run wild, as fast as the car was going. Now whenever I drive for long periods of time, I lean over to look at what my little brother is doing. HeÃ¢â¬â¢s constantly staring at some sort of computer screen. I even attempt having a conversation with him, asking him if he has any homework he needs help with but all I get in return is the same absent- minded response that I receive every day after school, Ã¢â¬Å"Nope, I already did my homework at school. Ã¢â¬ IÃ¢â¬â¢m always worried that heÃ¢â¬â¢s not getting an education, but instead is just receiving a Ã¢â¬Å"schoolingÃ¢â¬ . He never seems engaged in his homework, but is more interested in what video game he can play as soon as heÃ¢â¬â¢s done. What ever happened to picking up a book and actually exercising the brain to imagine impossible things such as dragons and fairies? Does the board of education honestly think that they are tricking everyone into thinking that you will learn better off of a simple worksheet rather than actually going out and doing hands on interactions? Why do they restrict us? ItÃ¢â¬â¢s almost like they emphasis conformity. ItÃ¢â¬â¢s such a contradicting setting, school is. They put so much pressure on us to be individual and be completely yourself, yet they donÃ¢â¬â¢t allow us freedom to do so. I think we all stay so indifferent to the subject that itÃ¢â¬â¢s only getting worse. And the more we stay indifferent about it, the more the problem will escalate. ItÃ¢â¬â¢s a vicious cycle that has to be stopped.

A flashback is a shift in a narrative to an earlier event that interrupts the normal chronological development of a story. Also called analepsis. Contrast with flashforward. The Bible begins with the scripture, Ã¢â¬Å"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earthÃ¢â¬ Genesis 1:1. This scripture defines the introductory theme of the Bible, God is the creator and God over everything. God assigned positions to entities and defined their functions. Then the main characters of the Bible are introduced when God creates humans. God created people in his image, meaning every individual on earth has been created with GodÃ¢â¬â¢s imprint regardless of their ethnicity or culture. With the creation of Adam and then of Eve the second theme of the bible, relationships, is introduced. God made the Garden of Eden as a place for Him to spend time in relationship with humans. This illustrates the physical type of relationship God had intended to have with humans. In addition, creating Eve as a partner for Adam God established the relationship of marriage (Duvall, Hayes, 2012). TRIPS objectives were to reduce the distortions in international trade and implement procedures that would ensure enforcement of intellectual property rights in order to make the trade effective. WTO members ensure that the various aspects of intellectual property rights like trademarks, integrated circuits, industrial designs, trademarks, and trade secrets are prote cted through TRIPS. The supporters believe that the TRIPS will help to enhance foreign direct investments, trade and global innovation. However others do not share the same view by arguing that TRIPS will hinder the business development. The agreement has a controversial effect on the health sector. By following this property right the pharmaceuticals, patients and health sector will suffer in the developing countries. This property right demands patents from all pharmaceuticals as in developing countries the practice of using less expensive versions of medicines are taken by thousands of patients. Therefore in the developing countries TRIPS will face various challenges, like from failing the agreement to be enforced to ignoring the requirements to follow the agreement. Many researchers have examined its applicability in the developing countries, as they believe that if the law pressurize the developing countries to follow the same rule the countries will resist the agreement to get materialized and the objectives will entirely fail in those regions (Cimoli et al. 2014). The developing countries claim that the TRIPS agreement is biased and favors the developed countries (Yu 2015). On the one hand it determines benefit for the transnational corporations and ignores the concerns of the developing countries and it is potential to cause harm for them. Various costs have been imposed on the developing countries especially on agricultural inputs, foreign technologies and expensive drugs. Above that the rights fail to ensure any gain in the longer run in investment or trades. However the developed countries on the other hand argue that by the agreement there will be and increased opportunity for the developing countries to attract more investments. TRIPS will also ensure the concerns of creativity and innovation of local talents and businesses. The commission built by the UK government conducted a detailed research named Integrating intellectual property rights and development policy on the impact of intellectual property rights on the developing countries (Armstrong and Schonwetter 2016). It covered various aspects of the IPRs in the developing countries like agriculture, health, genetic resource, copyright, internet and patents. The result demonstrated that the present form of the intellectual property rights fail to meet the needs of the poor countries. It highlighted that TRIPS actually imposes high cost on most developing countries. Oxfam, Third World Network or Medecins Sans Frontieres works as interest groups working to protect the public rights (Scherer 2013). They have accused TRIPS of enhancing the public health and agricultural issues in the developing countries. These public groups and the government of most developing countries are working on establishing a strong demand for the agreement to be revised. The developing countries have been approaching the WTO for implementing few changes in the agreement. For example Kenya has given a request proposal to the World Trade Organization that they TRIPS must exclude the patenting animals, plants and micro organisms from the agreement (Munyi 2015). The plant and animal patent is optional officially but followed by Japan, Europe and united States. Other Latin American Countries like Bolivia, Peru have suggested that WTO should revise the IPR regulations regarding protecting the traditional knowledge of their countries and must ensure their development priorities. In developing countries a report by the World Bank demonstrated that the developed countries collected 20 billion dollars from the developing countries in technology importing (Shin, Lee and Park 2016). McCalman highlighted in his report that TRIPS is beneficial for a handful of developed countries like few European countries and United States of America (Shugurov 2015). Developing countries like Brazil, South Korea or India will suffer primarily because of their dependency on technology imports from developed countries. However the commission claims it benefit in the longer run, but McCalman concluded that the profit will only be shared by those specific developed nations. Implementation of TRIPS in the developing countries has resulted in loss of the business profits. Taking the example of Thailand, it is related to the medicines. This reflects a compromise with the health needs of the patients.
